Lets face it, if you are sending up a buyer client, you really need to be careful who you choose to send them to up here. I am not kidding when I tell you that there are lots of agents up here that lack the personal resources and professional skills necessary to provide adequate and professional service. If you refer them to me, you will be sending them to my own agency. First they will really have three people assisting them. But not the model where the least experienced newbie spends all the time with them. It will be me, with my full broker license. Second, we take a limited number of listings per year. Our goal is not to ever have more than 24 listings in a year. Obviously as an agency that means that a very significant source of our income has to be derived from giving honest and expert Buyer Brokerage that is worthy of referral. Without this, we simply can not make enough revenue to stay in business. Our livelihood depends upon treating your clients with professionalism. Eventually the person you refer your buyer client to up here will be a reflection back upon you. By referring to us, you can be sure you have that base covered.
